A State-of-the-Art Business Laboratory and Classroom Building

The new College of Business and Economics (COBE) building at Radford University offers the latest in educational technology and resources, including smart classrooms, laboratories, and research space. The building has been designed to simulate real-world business concepts and settings, including a “Wall Street” trading room. Spaces also include computer labs, student meeting and case study rooms, and flexible classrooms that support distance learning and collaborative study.

The multi-story, 115,000-square-foot building also houses faculty offices, a center for entrepreneurial studies, and a center for financial planning. The LEED®-Gold building features numerous sustainable measures including an ice storage HVAC system.
