The Perdue School of Business provides many new resources to the university’s business students, including a 200-seat auditorium, specialized labs, team study rooms, a business outreach suite, a student services center, and advanced technology throughout the building. The 113,000-square-foot facility also features a café, the Perdue Museum, and 23 classrooms dedicated to business programs, including a virtual learning center. Design of the LEED®-Gold project included exhaust air energy recovery, high-efficiency condensing boilers, a geothermal system, a high-efficiency variable flow primary chiller plant, demand-controlled ventilation, and daylighting. Enhanced commissioning during the final stages optimized the building’s efficiency.
