What this job involves:

Supporting accounting operations and financial administration
You’ll help maintain accurate financial records, prepare client invoices, and support payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes. You’ll work closely with other accounting team members to ensure data accuracy across systems, gather documentation for reconciliations, and assist in generating reports that inform business decisions.

Providing office and administrative support
You’ll also assist with general administrative tasks such as document organization, file maintenance, and vendor communications. Your efforts will help keep office operations efficient and the Mueller teams well supported.

Mechanical Engineer – Entry Level 

What this job involves:

Assisting in the design and development of engineering drawings and the crafting of HVAC and plumbing systems

Are you excited to be embarking in a career in mechanical engineering?  Under the guidance of senior engineers, you will be completing system analysis, design calculations, and technical documentation playing a key role in producing engineering drawings and crafting HVAC and plumbing systems.  Your work will also extend to on-site visits, where you will assist in gathering field data and verifying design layouts.

Developing technical expertise

You’ll be working frequently with code requirements, performing mechanical calculations,  designing layouts of mechanical systems, and preparing technical drawings and specifications-that’s why you’ll need to build a strong knowledge base in each area.  You’ll be expected to meet timelines for deliverables assigned to you.   You’ll also be working independently on assigned tasks.

Developing and maintaining client relationships

Electrical Engineer – Entry Level 

 What this job involves:

Assisting in the design of electrical systems and components

Are you excited to be embarking in a career in electrical engineering?  Under the guidance of senior engineers, you will be completing system analysis, design calculations, and technical documentation playing a key role in designing electrical systems and components.  Your work will also extend to on-site visits, where you will assist in gathering field data and verifying design layouts.

Developing technical expertise

You’ll be working frequently with code requirements, performing electrical calculations,  designing layouts of electrical systems, and preparing technical drawings and specifications-that’s why you’ll need to build a strong knowledge base in each area.  You’ll be expected to meet timelines for deliverables assigned to you.  You’ll also be working independently on assigned tasks.

Developing and maintaining client relationships

You’ll be attending client meetings.  You’ll be working with clients and other design team consultants, so you’ll need to build strong relationships with them. You’ll be expected to meet the client’s expectations.

Keeping an eye on project deliverables

Do you have a proven track record in time management, problem-solving, and attention to detail? Meeting deadlines, identifying issues, and paying attention to details, checking technical work for accuracy and conformance with company standards are all part of a day’s work.
